Today is Saturday and we are a couple of weeks into Spring. As I look out my window on this perfect Day I see the New Blooms on the trees and the first  of the Jasmine winding its way around the side fence.   I am inspired by this sight to turn to my Jewelry Table and design an " over the top" very pretty Floral Necklace with lots of luscious resin flowers.

                                                                                                                      JUST  BECAUSE I CAN!!!

Now what do I have in my stash that fits the bill??   I know... some beautiful resin-dipped paper roses that my gorgeous niece Deb gifted to me recently.

                                                                        185.jpg                                            185.jpg

These are some of them and also some Resin Roses I have given the Swellegant treatment to achieve a weathered patinaed look.

I'm thinking of a Collaged Necklace using a combination of these flowers with some added bits and pieces and a very pretty beaded chain to accentuate the colours in the flowers..

What do you think?  I would love for you to leave me a comment below as I am very interested in your opinion.

Wherever you are in this big wide world I hope you have some beautiful flowers in your life.  Next time I will show you some pictures of the finished product all being well. I am taking a short break this coming week to "get away from it all" but I will be back on deck later in the week and I plan to have several pieces completed for you .

Thanks for stopping by and reading what is my first blog on my brand new website. I wish each and every one of you an amazing week of health and happiness and precious moments with your loved ones.

Signing off for now,

You make me wish I was in Australia where Spring is starting instead of Colorado where Autumn is just around the corner. Your roses look great and I can't wait to see your new necklaces!
